Prescription Refills
We now use e-prescribing for greater patient safety. Please call your pharmacy to initiate the refilll request.
Notes:
1. For medical-legal reasons, prescriptions can only be refilled if the problem for which the prescription is taken is revaluated from time to time. 
2. There is a $5 fee for prescription changes (examples: pharmacy changes, health plan changes preferred brand). Dr. Schwartz's
patients may conduct prescription changes via web visit.
