Web Visit
(No Appointment Necessary)

Web Visits are online visits that can be conducted over the computer safely and don’t require that you come into the office.  They are only available for Dr. Schwartz's established patients.  They can be used for new or existing issues, which don’t require face to face care. Examples are: prescription changes from local to mail order or when a health plan changes preferred brands or pharmacies, follow up on cholesterol, uncomplicated respiritory infections or urinary tract infections. Best of all, no appointment is necessary.  Just submit your information in the form below.  While Dr. Schwartz tries to reply promptly, it might take up to 1 business day.  Web Visits are not for urgent medical problems.  If you have problems breathing, bleeding, fainting, chest pain or anything else urgent call 911 now.

Dr. Schwartz is out of the office every Tuesday.

Cost and Billing
Cost:
Web Visits cost the same as a typical office visit co-pay: just $15. Prescription changes are just $5. Web visits are not currently covered by any insurances.
Payment:
You will receive an email invoice via PayPal, which allows payment with a credit card.  You do not need a PayPal account to make this credit card payment.
